I am repeating suffering from pain and rage and then feeling calm.
I neglected doing therapeutic tasks and aggravated my condition.

I will go all the way to build happiness ability and live happily with my children.

It takes 3 to 6 months for pain and rage to subside and 1 to 3 years to achieve complete cure. It is important to do all 4 components of treatment : therapeutic tasks, Mind Training, self-check on progress, and watching reference videos. It is not an easy process but you will be able to achieve complete cure if you focus and make efforts consciously.
